Each fall and spring, ITAers head out to select universities to meet with technically gifted students and share with them how great it is to work at ITA. Meeting with one of us in person is the best way to learn about our company and get your foot in the door here at ITA.
Below is a full list of the schools we will be visiting in the coming months. For all of these schools, we will have ITAers at our career fair booth whose sole mission is to talk to you about our company and answer your questions about what we do, what it is like to work here, and what are the challenging projects you could be working on.
The next step in the 'getting to know us' process is to invite you to have a one-on-one conversation with an experienced ITAer. Unfortunately, we are not able to hold on-campus interviews at every school. In some cases, we would set up a technical phone screen instead.
After the on-campus interview or phone screen, we invite promising candidates to our Cambridge, MA office for a full day of meetings with a team of ITAers. For engineering positions, you will need to solve a programming puzzle prior to the phone screen and complete a hands-on programming test while you are here. For more information on the programming puzzles and why they are important to us, visit the Engineering page.
There are a few different ways to submit your resume for consideration:
- Visit with us at the Career Fair! This way, you can deliver your resume personally, and we will already have met you when it is time to arrange our interview schedules.
- Contact your Career Services office. Follow instructions for your school’s on-campus interview registration process if applicable.
- If we are not coming to your school, send us your resume directly via this link.
We look forward to meeting you or hearing from you.
