Work-Life Balance

  • Twelve paid holidays, two personal days each year, and three weeks of vacation time for new hires; additional vacation days are granted beginning after the third year of service.

Health Insurance

ITA offers a health care plan that allows individuals and families to self-direct their own care. Employees’ health insurance premiums are fully covered by the company and are effective on one’s date of hire. Employees’ dependents, including domestic partners and their dependents, may be added at no charge. Blue Cross PPO (Blue Care Elect) allows for in- and out-of-network care that is self-directed. Additional features include:

  • Reimbursement of gym expenses up to $150/per family each year
  • Vision care coverage covers frames, lenses and contacts as well as one eye exam a year.
  • Dental plan covers in-network services and out-of-network services comprehensively.

Financial Protection

ITA Software takes care to provide for our employees’ financial protection:
  • Short Term and Long Term Disability insurance. Covers a substantial portion of employee income if one is disabled for a short or extended period of time.
  • Group Life Insurance and AD&D. ITA offers coverage at twice the annual base salary, at no cost to employees.
  • Worker's Compensation. For temporary disability related to job injury or illness.

Savings/Investment Plans

ITA Software offers several avenues for tax-deferred savings and investment:
  • 401(k). Diversified investment options, with elective payroll deferrals, that can help you save and invest for the future with no waiting period to be eligible.  We realize the importance of starting to save for retirement early, so we have an employer matching program to encourage participation. 
  • Flexible Spending Accounts. You can contribute pre-tax salary dollars into a fund that helps offset health-care or dependent-care expenses that you must pay out of pocket.

Other Savings:

  • Commuting Assistance. ITA provides either a parking pass in a local garage or a monthly pass for the MBTA public transportation system
  • Parental Leave. Paid leave for new mothers and fathers to support our new families.
  • Professional Development. We support our employees taking job-related classes such as technical certifications and advanced skills training.
  • Tuition Reimbursement. Employees can take job-related classes in a degree program at an accredited university and get reimbursed for class costs up to $5,250 per employee, per year.
